Seminar Services refer to any offering made by and through REAL Entrepreneur, Inc. such as a product/service, online summit, online webinar, online product, online service, live event, etc.
REFUND POLICY
The REAL Success Refund Policy is in place to support our customers in completing their training, raising their standards, and creating lasting change. Please review the refund eligibility and non-refundable scenarios below.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds for digital product purchases are offered under the following circumstances. In most cases, refunds are not provided after a successful booking:
- Duplicate Purchases: If a customer accidentally purchases the same digital product more than once, a refund request must be submitted in writing to help@realsuccess.net within 14 days of purchase.
- Irreparable Defect: If the digital product has a technical issue that prevents access or use despite reasonable troubleshooting, a refund may be granted. A written request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- Deposit Refunds: If a customer is declined participation in a coaching program or product/service after making a deposit, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not available for changes in personal preference or circumstances.
- Product Compatibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring their device is compatible with the product. Refunds will not be issued for compatibility issues.
- Incomplete Product Understanding: Refunds are not granted for misunderstandings about product features or limitations.
- Clashing Dates & Availability: If product/program dates clash with personal schedules, refunds will not be granted. A credit may be provided at our discretion.
- Change of Dates: If an event is rescheduled and the customer cannot attend, a refund will not be issued. A credit may be offered instead.
REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund:
- Contact help@realsuccess.net within 14 days of purchase.
- Include the order number, purchase details, and explanation.
- The team will respond within 48 hours.
- If the refund request is found to be eligible and approved, a maximum refund of 90% of the purchase price will be paid to the customer via the same payment method used to purchase the Seminar Service (a 10% administration fee is retained). The refund will be processed on the 10th of the next calendar month.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR SPECIFIC PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
REAL SUCCESS VIP TICKET HOLDERS
Money-Back Guarantee: VIP attendees may request a refund if they did not receive the value promised. To qualify:
- Attend the summit.
- Submit a written request to help@realsuccess.net within 7 days after the event.
- Include a detailed explanation.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days using the original payment method.
REAL SUCCESS CLUB MEMBERSHIP (ALL LEVELS)
30-Day Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. Conditions include:
- Submit a written request to help@realsuccess.net.
- Include the order number and reason for the request.
- Provide feedback to help us improve.
If verified and approved, a refund will be processed via the original payment method.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
These provisions supplement the general REAL Success Refund Policy.
All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by REAL Success.
ENGAGEMENT
By purchasing Seminar Services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the Terms & Conditions and understands this forms a binding contract with REAL Entrepreneur, Inc.
REAL Entrepreneur, Inc. is committed to customer satisfaction and upholds the following purchase and cancellation policies.
SEMINAR SERVICE CANCELLATIONS
REAL Entrepreneur, Inc. may cancel Seminar Services for any reason with written notice.
LIVE EVENTS
- All live event tickets are non-refundable.
- If the customer cannot attend, a 100% credit may be issued for use at our online store or a future event.
- Contact help@realsuccess.net for ticket support.
THIRD-PARTY LIVE EVENTS
- Events hosted by third-party suppliers are also non-refundable.
- If the customer cannot attend, a 100% credit may be issued.
In case of cancellation by REAL Entrepreneur, Inc., the customer is entitled only to a full refund of the payment made—no interest, fees, or other compensations apply.
If an event is rescheduled, and the customer cannot attend, they may request store credit. Contact help@realsuccess.net for assistance.

By subscribing to our SMS service, you agree to receive messages including but not limited to:
- Promotions (discounts, sales, special offers)
- Reminders (event dates, scheduled calls)
- Confirmations (bookings, orders)
- Alerts (service/event updates)
- Notifications & Updates
- News & Announcements
- Invitations to events or offers
FREQUENCY OF SMS MESSAGES
The frequency of messages may vary. You may receive:
- Frequent transactional messages
- Occasional promotional or event invitations
OPTING OUT
To stop receiving SMS messages, reply “STOP” at any time. You will no longer receive messages unless you re-subscribe.

We strive for timely delivery but are not liable for message delays or failures caused by third-party carriers.
COST
Standard message and data rates apply. Charges are your carrier’s responsibility. REAL Success Network does not charge for SMS.
